Essex County Executive Joseph DiVincenzo Jr., D-Nutley, may have inadverdantly waged war with the New Jersey Sports and Exposition Authority. The Star-Ledger is reporting DiVincenzo as saying the Izod Center, in Bergen County, is hurting the new Prudential Center, coincidentally in Essex County, by not closing its doors.
