Former Kearny Police Chief O’Neill dies

John O’Neill, who served as Kearny’s Chief of Police for a brief period between the tenures of Chiefs Tom Wilgus and Tim Sharples, has died. He was 73. Kearny resident attacked during walk in West Hudson Park
